ORDINARY MEMBERSHIP:

Eligibility : Any person, firm or company having an established place of business in manufacturing and/or selling and/or exporting goods falling under the Fragrance and Flavour Trade and Industry and completed two years from starting activity shall be eligible for Ordinary Membership.

Requirement : If manufacturers, latest price list of items manufactured and two sales invoices copies - one current and the other 2 years old. Photo copy of Sales Tax Registration Certificate.If Traders, xerox copies of two sales invoices - one current and the other 2 years old. Photo copy of Sales Tax Registration Certificate. If Agent, xerox copy of letter from Principal, copy of two sales invoices - one current and the other 2 years old. Photo copy of Sales Tax Registration Certificate.

Fee: Rs.3000/- + Rs.3000/- Entrance Fee + Rs.309/- Service Tax = Rs.6309/-

LIFE MEMBERSHIP:

Eligibility : Any Existing Ordinary Member can become Life Member. If new member applying directly for Life Membership, the applicant should be completed minimum two years in the business of Fragrances and Flavours and trade Industry.

Requirement : If manufacturers, latest price list of items manufactured and two sales invoices copies - one current and the other 2 years old. Xerox copy of Sales Tax Registration Certificate. If Traders, xerox copies of two sales invoices - one current and the other 2 years old. Xerox copy of Sales Tax Registration Certificate. If Agent, xerox copy of letter from Principal, copy of two sales invoices - one current and the other 2 years old. Xerox copy of Sales Tax Registration Certificate

Fee: Rs.45000/- + Rs.3000/- Entrance Fee + Rs.4635/- Service Tax = Rs.52635/-

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP:

Eligibility : Any Associate, Chamber or similar institution in India whose activity is connected with Fragrance and Flavours Trade shall be eligible for Associate Membership.

Associate Membership would fall in four categories as under:

Eligibility : Association, Chambers, Universities, CSIR Laboratory, Govt.Organisation and Consultants.

Requirement : Copy of Certificate of Organisation The Primary criteria for the consultants being that the consultant firm applying for Associate Membership must have at least one consultation with existing member of the Association and duly confirmed so by the concerned member.

Fee : Rs.3750/- + Rs.3000/- Entrance Fee + Rs.387/- Service Tax = Rs.7137/-

Eligibility : (i) Research Students, (ii) Individuals connected with line in teaching profession or engaged in R & D of non commercial value.

Requirement : Technical Qualification, Fields of specialisation, Research work done if any in brief. Certificate from the Director/Chancellor for permission to join.

Fee: Rs. 1000/-

Eligibility : Any person, firm of company having an established place of business in manufacturing and/or selling and/or exporting goods falling under the Fragrance and Flavour Trade and Industry but have not completed two years activity or operations.

Requirement : If manufacturers, latest price list of items manufactured and two sales invoices copies. If traders, xerox copies of two different sales invoices If agent, xerox copy of letter from Principal, Sales Tax Registration, Certificate xerox copy.

Fee : Rs.3750/- + Rs.3000/- Entrance Fee + Rs.387/- Service Tax = Rs.7137/-

Eligibility : Merchant Exporter.

Requirement : Completion of two years of activity would be minimum. Members of Chemexcil can be enrolled as Associate Member - copy of Registration of Chemexcil.

Fee : Rs.3750/- + Rs.3000/- Entrance Fee + Rs.387/- Service Tax = Rs.7137/-

Eligibility : Any person, firm or company in the business connected with the Fragrance and Flavour Industry viz. Agarbathies and Dhoop, Soaps and Detergents, Cosmetics, Tobacco, Food and Beverages and are regular buyers of Fragrances, Flavours & Essential Oils.

Requirement : If manufacturers, latest price list of items manufactured and two sales invoices copies. Xerox copy of Sales Tax Registration Certificate. If Traders, xerox copies of two sales invoices. Xerox copy of Sales Tax Registration Certificate. If Agent, xerox copy of letter from Principal, copy of two sales invoices.Xerox copy of Sales Tax Registration Certificate.
